- DADonna ArnoldOct 22, 20231.0Took my Bischon Ted here yesterday, I get that they couldn’t do his face because he was anxious. That’s fine, because Ted’s welfare is more important. But seriously, he could have been tidied up or blended in a bit? £64 and he’s still got a dirty beard and face, with a very short coat left on his body. He looks dreadful, he won’t be returning to the Groom room ever!

Never in 3 years of her being groomed has her normal groomer came across a matt she couldn't brush out. Unfortunately this appeared to be the case here. When I picked her up she was litterally shaved off completely. A complete hack job! I could have cried! I will never use their groom room again.
